THE CRISIS IN COLORADO HEALTH CARE
The Blue Ribbon Commission on Health Care Reform
A Public Forum Hosted by Senator Abel Tapia

Two forums will be held on Thursday, February 22, 2007:
12:00-1:30 pm at the Senior Resource Development Agency, 230 N. Union; and
6:00-7:30 pm at the County Conference Room, 1001 N. Santa Fe

If we gathered together all the uninsured children in Colorado, they would make up the fourth largest Colorado city, much bigger than the entire population of Pueblo!

The Blue Ribbon Commission on Health Care Reform was established by the Colorado General Assembly to address the health care crisis.

The Colorado Progressive Coalition, in cooperation with other organizations, is holding public forums throughout the state to inform the public about the Commission and encourage participation in the process.

Forum participants will discuss the problems they’ve experienced with health care and learn how they can have input into the Commission and the General Assembly.

Sponsoring organizations: Colorado Progressive Coalition, Senator Abel Tapia, Colorado Consumer Health Initiative, and Southwest Family Care Center.
